Shopclues also showcased some of their best collections and also introduced their latest trends through a Fashion Show. I must confess that I fared very badly at the Tol Mol Ke Bol game, as every time I guessed the price for a product, it was much cheaper than my guess. The quality of the products didn’t let me guess it for less, but they truly were very affordable and surprised me every time when the price was revealed. Tarot reading on the side, bling footwear bang in the centre of the hall and noted FDCI designers Rahul Singh, Abhi Singh and Gaurav Jagtiani coming together to form the perfect ensemble for a fashionable day out. Out-of-town travellers included brands who’d come from Jaipur, Lucknow, Punjab, Himachal and even Goa.
“No two brands at our exhibition have overlapping products or styles, and I only pick brands that I enjoy or would love to shop from, to give people a quality shopping experience,” says Durgesh Goel, founder of Rubaru.
The collection showcased by the designers was really chic and classy, and some of the pieces were truly mind-blowing. It seemed like a shoppers paradise. Me and my friend and my mom, enjoyed walking through the entire exhibition, picking up our choices and even posing with some of the designer pieces.
Given a chance, would have picked up a lot more stuff from the exhibition, but holding on for the next edition to indulge and splurge. Exquisite pieces of jewellery and some inso-western outfits really grabbed my attention and loved them.

Day two, witnessed an impressive line-up of ace Fashion Designers of the country, like Ashima-Leena, Rimple & Harpreet Narula, Rina Dhaka and Pernia Qureshi.
The show started with International Brands like Scullers and Marks and Spencer displaying their exclusive collections and the show for the Indian Designers opened with veteran designer Ashima-Leena displaying her Couture collection Mehr-un-nissa inspired by the Mughal era. Ashima-Leena’s collection was breathtakingly beautiful, wearing their collection would be like a dream come true.
Delicate and Classy are the two words that define Pernia Quereshi’s collection and her own persona as well.
Harpreet Narula and Rimple’s collection was great as well. Beautiful embroideries were the highlight of the collection.
Then the show witnessed a smashing closing by Designer Rina Dhaka with Bollywood heartthrob Karishma Kapoor walking the ramp as her showstopper!
I loved this event every bit and it was a mind blowing experience to see so many brands and designers under one roof. The event was followed by a very happening after party at Kylin Sky Bar at the Ambience Mall and everyone was seen enjoying the moment.
