  1. Currently I’m working on Tip #1 and #3. Making this life change definitely require patience and perseverance because I’m definitely finding it challenging to keep it up! As for Tip #2 I’ve never quite grasped or honed in on my spiritual side. Somehow I feel a bit corny trying to (which I know sounds very strange). I’ll set this goal a bit later down in the year because I feel like it’s already a great juggling act trying to get the other 2 right :/

  4. What great points! I am trying to be mindful of what I eat – I’ve purposefully cut down meat and added vegetables and fruit to my diet lately – and I also am trying to be more physically active. I’ll walk instead of driving now and I feel loads better for it (plus I get to enjoy this gorgeous weather!) I haven’t fully emerged myself into meditating yet but am trying to – like you said it maintains your mental and physical equilibrium and I definitely could use more of that!
