These people have an extremely low sense of well-being. Well-being is a measure of how content, happy, and healthy we are in life. The good news is that by focusing on well-being, you will discover that there are many ways that you can improve it. The more you do this, the better you will get, and once you have finished your practice, you will feel a lot better.
