Find something that you’re good at, and how you help people or even how your friends appreciate the times you’ve helped them. Positively reaffirm the good things you do in life, and areas which you’ve improved. See the good in you, rather than the imperfections by writing down, some of the things that you’re personally proud of about yourself. When you see this in physical form it has much more of an impact in showing yourself; you are worth something.
