Ingredients
  

  • 500 Gms Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Coriander
  • 3 Springs Mint
  • 1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Whole Pepper Corns
  • 3 Nos Green Chillies
  • 1.5 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Toddy Vinegar Use regular vinegar, in case this is not available
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil

Whole Garam Masala

  • 4 Nos Cloves
  • 1 Nos Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Nos Cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Green Masala – Blend coriander, mint, chillies, peppercorns, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, ketchup, and toddy vinegar into a thick paste.
  • Marinate the Chicken – Add salt, turmeric, lemon juice, and the masala. Let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  • Cook – Heat oil in a pan. Sear chicken slices, then add leftover marinade with a splash of water. Cook until done.
  • Serve Hot – With lemon wedges, Goan poee, or steamed rice.
