Have you ever-imagined Chinese and Italian cuisine being guilt free? Globally renowned Chef extraordinaire, Kunal Kapur now brings to you the new Saffola Masala Oats, Chefs Choice range in Italian & Chinese flavors, a delightful treat for the taste buds. During the meet, Chef Kunal Kapur announced a two-phase competition around #CraveNoMore with SaffolaMasalaOats. The Phase I of #CraveNoMore took off in Delhi; an exciting mystery box challenge wherein 40 food bloggers were presented with the task of identifying exotic Chinese & Italian food condiments. Out of these, 24 bloggers became a part of the exhilarating cook-off thereafter creating quick recipes using Saffola Masala Oats Italian and Chinese variant as the key ingredient. I missed out on winning this one, but had a great fun cheering for some new friends I made.
Judged by the Fit Foodie panelists, Chef Kunal Kapur, Chef Shipra Khanna and Chef Saransh Goila, announced Adarsh Munjal, The Big Bhookad; Kumar Jhuremalani, Pet Pujaris; Saloni Malkhani, Food Bloggers Association of India (FBAI); Sayantani Mahapatra, A Homemaker’s Diary; Priya Sharma, Mumasfooddiary and Richa Gupta, Myfoodstory as the winners for the phase I. The winners from this phase will go on to Phase 2 of the competition and will participate in a ‘food-truck’ challenge in Mumbai.
The Fit Foodie panelists, Chef Shipra Khanna and Chef Saransh Goila went on to create some unique and interesting snacking recipes through their master class with the bloggers. While Chef Shipra chose Italian Saffola Masala Oats and came up with the delicious Cottage cheese oats with yogurt and apple salad recipe, Chef Saransh Goila picked the Chinese variant and prepared Saffola Masala Oats Chinese Wraps in just a few minutes. I got lucky to get a chance of helping around chef Saransh with his preparations while he kept the audience splitting in laughter with his spontaneous humour.
Commenting on the occasion, Saffola Masala Oats brand Ambassador, Chef Kunal Kapur, one of the most celebrated faces of Indian cuisine today and winner of several National culinary awards, said “It feels great to be associated with Saffola Masala Oats in their innovation journey and co-creating the new Chinese & Italian flavors. “I am glad to be a part of Saffola Masala Oats fit foodie panel. MasterChef India winner Chef Shipra Khanna added,” I am delighted to joinSaffola fit foodie panel and feel the new flavours are an apt solution to satiate the hunger craving of health conscious people. Italian being my favorite cuisine, it was a fun saturday spent with the online food community exploring some scrumptious dishes prepared with Italian Oats. Many congratulations to the winners #CraveNoMore Cook-off and looking forward to meet them soon in Mumbai.
Its going to be one of the most memorable events of all time, as I got a chance to meet these celebrity master chefs who were so friendly and humble. Respect for all of them.

The Wolfgang & Company is an upcoming restaurant, which would be opening shortly in Connaught Place, but this not hinder the owner Mr. Kuldeep to showcase a glimpse of what the place is all going to be about and also making people relish some of the dishes from the menu.
This time at Grub Fest, I thought of going ahead and trying out this new place which didn’t carry any baggage of reviews, praises or criticism and hence there was no expectation as such.
And somehow I have come to a conclusion that when you don’t expect, you are left pleasantly surprised more often than being disappointed.
We tried some random dishes suggested by Kuldeep himself and I have to say that each one of them was just perfect. I just loved their preparations they tasted awesome.
We were served Mutton Kebabs, Apple Salad, Mushroom Kebabs and Chicken Quesadillas.
The mutton kebabs were delectable and had a very peculiar taste.
Mushroom Kebabs that came each resting on a small parantha, were a mouth melting experience. Its vegetarian’s delight, you just can’t tell the difference in a mutton galauti kebab and the mushroom ones.
The chicken quesadillas were amazing too, but the best was the apple salad. Its one of those salads that will take me back to this place again and again.
The meal came to an end with a delicious Tiramisu and I thoroughly enjoyed the same. I really look forward to the opening of this restaurant, which will then give us a chance to explore more dishes and savour them.
Its definitely one place that you should watch out for..!!

The Milvio Ottoman on the other hand is brilliantly crafted with minimal lines and is inspired by Ponte Mitvio, a bridge over the Tiber in northern Italy. The Ritz sofa with a brass profile running on its periphery is a perfect blend of superior comfort using classic form and is crafted with plush fabric.

Ever since they patched up their long lost friendship, Shahrukh and Salman have been seen together quite a lot of times.
Recently they were seen catching up while rehearsing for the upcoming TOIFA awards. As per insiders, both are geared up to give power packed performances at the award function and we can’t really wait to see it..
They both are otherwise busy shooting for their respective films Raees and Sultan which are up for a clash at the box office, but all seems well between the two.
In fact just a few days back Shahrukh even dropped on the sets of Sultan to greet his dear friend Salman.
Now its for some producer-director to cast the duo together and create history..its really gonna be amazing for their fans if they work together on a film, meanwhile enjoy the glimpses of their bromance off screen.

Its been over a month that stories of Hrithik-Kangana’s alleged affair and break up stories are doing rounds..the social media is too full of them..in fact they themselves are using social media actively to make their point and now gone to the extent of releasing legal statements against each other.. But my question is.. Is this really required.. are the fans interested in knowing so much about the personal lives of our film stars or are the stars themselves making a mockery out of their life situations.
Do they own a justification.. aren’t they normal humans too, can’t they settle their own issues amicably without making a hue and cry about it or is the media itself that makes the mountain out of a molehill. I guess these questions will always remain unanswered…!!
“Hrithik Breaks His Silence and Releases a Statement”- when was he quiet at the first place, innumerable tweets have already given enough dope to media and public. And now following the tit for tat policy, Kangana too releases a legal statement, meanwhile media and public enjoy the overhyped squabble and gain some dope for masala posts for their social and other media.
For those who have missed it.. here it is.. excerpts from both statements
In his official statement sent through his publicist, Hrithik Roshan has spoken about the fake email id through which he alleges someone was impersonating him.
“Anything private that becomes public gives rise to speculation and unnecessary controversies simply because the general public are not privy to the whole truth.Out of respect for everyone involved, I followed the legal path to resolve the matter in question so as to keep it private. It was a breach of ethics to reveal the contents of a private legal notice. Dignified silence is dignified up to a point, but there comes a time when the silence needs to be broken to protect one’s name, family and image. The crux of the matter is that the mail id email@example.com does NOT belong to me. I had filed a complaint in this regard with Mumbai Cyber Crime cell on 12 December, 2014 when I learnt of this impersonator communicating with said person. I have absolutely NO CONNECTION with this ID. The entire issue stems from a case of identity theft which has carried over to me. My complaint was reactivated on March 5, 2016 and the crime unit has made headway in tracking this person down. Once that is done, the matter can be laid to rest. And finally, I believe that mental health is a grave and crucial issue which merits serious discussion. I would never address it flippantly nor use it as a personal attack. Any allegation to the contrary is a misrepresentation of facts. I was requested to keep silent and I did so for 2 years.”
Meanwhile, here’s Kangana’s entire statement.
Mr. Hrithik’s statements made to the media are nothing but efforts to gain public sympathy. He cannot wash his hands off the matter now after having criminally threatened my client and having intimidated her, without any provocation. He also cannot deny the fact that my client never named him anywhere and it was he himself who claimed to be “Silly Ex” in his notice. Besides his own acts of stating in the media that he would rather ‘date a Pope’ gave enough fodder to the media to start speculating. How can he blame my client for all his own acts of commissions and omissions.
Further, he should have refrained from making absolutely false statements in his notice. He specifically claimed that he does not know my client socially at all. If that were the truth, then how was he attending my client’s private birthday party with his entire family and my client was attending his party besides his sister’s and his father’s birthday party as well. There is enough proof on public platform, which sufficiently proves that Mr. Hrithik Roshan’s is lying.
Pursuant to my counter-notice there are now new claims that my client was not co-operating with the police to help with investigation of Mr. Hrithik’s complaint. These claims are as false as his other claims. The fact is that my client was never dealing with any imposter and given the background of the matter, it is very lame on Mr. Hrithik’s part to even suggest that. Besides my client was never ever asked for any co-operation in the said matter by any person for obvious reasons. The fact that Mr. Hrithik waited for seven month to lodge a complaint says it all. Now pursuant to receipt of my notice the complaint is once again being looked into by Mr. Hrithik Roshan, only as a face saving strategy.
It is also worthy to note that Mr. Hrithik Roshan specifically claims to have received 50 unsolicited emails per day from my client for about 601 days (as calculated from 24th May 2014 up to 16th February 2016). Accordingly, he should have received more than 30,000 (thirty thousand) emails from my client as against his own alleged claim of receiving only 1,439 emails from my client during the said period. This shows that there is non application of mind even while making allegations. At least make efforts to do the calculations. Besides if Mr. Hrithik Roshan was really receiving unsolicited emails from my client then why did he not prudently block my client and went on receiving my client’s emails for such a long time. The answer is obvious.
His own actions speak a lot and I need not say more on behalf of my client Ms. kangana Ranaut. Most importantly I would like to point out that at least Mr. Hrithik Roshan should have bothered to ensure that he has a good reason to send a Legal Notice to my client. However as expected the notice is absolutely baseless, unsubstantiated, unwarranted and uncalled for. There is not even a case of defamation made out against my client and he is issuing a Notice for defamation without application of mind.
He needs to immediately realise that my client Ms. Kangana Ranaut does not need Mr. Hrithik Roshan’s name to garner publicity or attention, as she is a renowned public figure herself.
Former World Bank expert and currently a faculty at IIM Ahmedabad, Prof Rajendra Patel will offer insights to management executives and students on various aspects of cost management
Noida, 17 March 2016: In an effort to help improve management practices in the industry and devising better cost management strategies, leading management institute IMS Noida today began its three-day periodic Management Development Programme that brings together leading academics, industry insiders and experts in the field.
This year’s programme is discussing Strategic Cost Management, a crucial subject in management studies that pertains to the economics of reducing costs without compromising on quality and delivery.
Professor Rajendra Patel from IIM Ahmedabad will offer his valuable inputs and new perspectives on methods and techniques for appropriate cost planning, importance of managing costs and aligning them with the business strategy of an entity.
The forces of globalization, liberalization and privatization have not only knitted the world economies closer together but the spill-over effects of the changes happening in world are today felt more strongly and swiftly by all the economies. It is cost effectiveness that prompt hundreds of western companies to outsource jobs to low-cost destinations like India. Cost effectiveness is the key to competitiveness in a highly connected world like ours. Hence, there is greater need today to recognize different costing systems and strategies and devise better managerial decisions and business strategies to constantly remain cost effective.
“As a discipline, management studies needs to constantly evolve itself to include in its paradigm the changing needs of the time, which keep throwing up new challenges into the discipline. Cost management is an area of management that needs constant re-thinking and evolution to keep tiding over the rising costs. Today, Indian organizations may be benefitting from the outsourcing boom because of low labor costs; however, the wages are bound to increase and they need to devise other strategies to keep costs low and their competitive advantage high. The management development programme is an initiative from our end to help the management sector improve on various fronts. This year we are discussing of cost management as it forms of the basis of any enterprise and management,” said Dr KJS Anand, Executive Director, IMS Noida.
The first day of the programme began with inauguration and lamp lightening by Dr Debarshi Mukherjee, Chairperson, Centre for e-Commerce, IMS, Noida and Dr KJS Anand, Executive Director, IMS, Noida. The day introduced the participants to the basics such as costing terminology, cost objects, cost drivers, break-even analysis using concept of relevant costs, conventional method of indirect cost allocation, activity-based costing in product industry, service industry, relevant costs for alternative choice decisions etc. While the day 2 of the programme will discuss aspects of Management Control & Organizational Performance, ProPt Centres& Transfer Price issues, Analysis of Financial Performance, Corporate Performance Measurement in Multi Divisional Companies, Performance Measurement – Balanced Scorecard – Beyond Financial Numbers, Day 3 will deal with issues Target Costing ,Value Engineering, Just-in-Time, Theory of Constraints, Life Cycle Costing etc.
“With India emerging as the third largest startup ecosystem in the world, there is growing demand for efficient and innovative management graduates who are adept and trained at devising new strategies to resolve problems. While globalization has made more markets easily available, improved connectivity and helped fasten business processes, it has also increased competition and challenges to new businesses manifold. Hence, management development programmes are necessary to provide relevant training to the executives of different sectors of the economy operating at different levels in the organizational hierarchy, through real-world case studies, group discussions, and interactive presentations. I am honored to receive to the opportunity from IMS, Noida to share my knowledge and experience with all the management people,” said Prof Rajendra Patel.
A visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad for Finance & Accounting now and a past association of twelve years as a regular faculty, Prof Patel specializes in management planning and control. He worked closely with World Bank in debt rescheduling and providing balance of payment support for central African countries as a senior manager with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co during 1978 -1985 and with Rolls Royce plc group as Finance director for over fourteen years. He has to his credit over 100 training programmes in India and Asia Pacific region.
Some experiences can never be fully comprehended in words, but still its imperative that I share my experience with you all and urge you to experience it for yourself.
I attended this Spiritual Symphony workshop organised by Mr. Pami Singh on the 27th and 28th of Feb, and I am writing about my experience now after almost 20 days. My reason for the same is that normally when we attend such spiritual & meditation workshops, for the first few days we are in awe of it and we try to bring some changes in our lives, but slowly we start coming back in our existing world and the influence of the workshop starts diminishing. But not this time, 20 days ago whatever I learnt and experienced in the workshop, it remains with me very strongly.
This workshop by Mr. Pami Singh was organised at a serene and calm venue in the Greater Noida called House of Kapaali, and it was spread over 2 days.
“The Divine Life You Were Born To Live” is one of the most powerful and exciting program developed by Pami Singh. This two day workshop enabled me to embrace my true and unique purpose for this divine journey and it helped me believe that I am the true divine perfection of God, the God is within me, and I am the God. The journey was replete with guided meditation, interactive exercises and personally validating experiences. Each and every aspect of this journey left me asking for more.
The interactive sessions and demonstrations took me to another level of understanding. It really made me question myself, it made me realise that most of the things that happen around us are a result of our own belief system that we are ignorant to change.
For example, there was a particular activity where in using broken hangers and straws, we were demonstrated how the universe responds to what we think and how can we control and change our thinking to in return get desired results. But then the whole confidence comes when the demonstration is not a mere demonstration by an expert but an experience that we observe by doing the activity ourselves. Because unlike the normal beliefs of spiritual consultants being blessed with some extra powers, Pami focuses on the fact that we all possess the similar power, we all are equals, he just helps us making more aware of ourselves.
Pami works unhurriedly and with his nurturing insights it helped trigger within me the knowingness of my own inner wisdom which, in turn lead me to the unchallenged awareness of the perfection
and powerful divine creator that I truly am, always have been, and always will be provided I keep believing it.
With Pami’s guidance, I understood that all that I want to know, I want to achieve, and I want to become is within me. Its a mere shift and change of the existing belief system, and we can really get what we want and wish for.
In fact, as per Pami, now also whatever we are, we are because of our own thinking that leads to actions and reactions of similar kinds. For example, when we pray to God to become successful, In Pami’s words, we are somewhere establishing the fact that we are unsuccessful and hence praying to become successful, in his opinion because we create this negative aura, we get more negativity in life. Instead we should believe that we are successful, visualise ourselves in that happy space and then that is what we will actually end up creating with the help of universe.
All the topics covered in the workshop definitely helped me see things differently and now even after 20 days, the shift in my belief system that I started experimenting with, is working wonders.
I suggest all my readers to please experience this once for yourself and I can guarantee that you won’t regret it.
Everything you want to know is within you. In this workshop you will learn and experience how to access this wisdom and to integrate it into your daily life with love, joy and compassion. In today’s stressful life, we have all forgotten the true meaning of life, we have no idea what we truly need to do, and we have forgotten are true being. We have forgotten that we are his perfect divine creation; the only thing required is for us to believe in it.
This is exactly where Mr. Pami Singh will help you, a two day workshop, will take you through a journey of finding yourself, nurturing yourself and believing that you are the perfect divine creation of God.Some of the timeless awareness that will be covered during the workshop are:
“Who am I?” and “Why am I here?”
Why Meditate? And what is Meditation?
The limitless and ever creating self
Intuition – the everyday language of the soul
The very conditioned Mind we possess – Explained by interactive demonstrations
The Laws of Attraction and how NOT to use them inappropriately
Guided Meditations to the Source of Love
Left and Right Brain Exercises
How to move from ‘Pride to Purpose’
Severing Links with the Past
Relationships and much more………..
To know the details about next workshop, you can get in touch with Pami through his Facebook

In this line of work, there are no ‘certificates’ or ‘honours’ conferred by institutions. The real ‘honours’ for those of us who are committed to this kind of work are to see the transformation in the quality of life of the people whose lives touch ours. For that no certificate exists, and none is required.
